I love this mat - i've used with making bread and it works perfectly, sticks to the counter and my bread doesn't stick to it.

If you bake even semi-regularly, this pastry mat is a must-have!! Flouring my counter (and then cleaning up the resultant mess) is a chore of the past. You can use this for any kind of rolling out - cookies, pizza crusts, breads, rolls, anything! It works perfectly and is really easy to clean.

Since we have purchased and used the cooking oven mats we knew this product would be just as good. My wife used to use a plastic mat that had to be anchored on all four corners. This new mat was a pleasure to use. Would recommend this to all bakers who want to make life a little bit easier.

This is a nice size for rolling out pastry. It would be better if circles & measurements were printed on it for pie crusts. Make sure you don't use a knife because it can be cut & ruined easily.

Sure it costs a few bucks. And I know it sucks to buy anything made in France and sending them our money. But this is a must have. Others have said that there pie crust sticks, learn to make a better crust, its too wet, or not cold enough if it sticks. The only thing missing is the markings to roll out the crust to the correct circumference. Never cut on this. Martha Stewart has been shown on her show cutting these to size, dont do it, you dont want to eat this stuff.
