Product Description
Regency Pastry Cloth & Rolling Pin cover set is made of 100% cotton. Extra large cloth makes it easier to anchor while leaving more rolling space. The edges are sewn to prevent fraying. To create a non-stick surface for rolling dough, rub flour vigorously into the cloth and rolling pin cover. I needed a pastry cloth and rolling pin cover to make my great-grandmother’s cookies. Little did I realize I’d be using this set every time I pull out my rolling pin.

I am a seasoned cook (pardon the pun), but never used a rolling pin cover or pastry cloth before. I can’t believe I’ve been baking all these years without it! It makes rolling things out soooo easy. I’m going to get two, just to keep them handy.

The pastry cloth is quite large – I was able to roll out a pizza crust on the cloth with room to spare.

The rolling pin cover should fit nearly all rolling pins. I found it to be a wee bit longer than my (great-grandmother’s) rolling pin, so I just trimmed it a little.

Get this product. It’s inexpensive, works great, and as if that’s not good enough, it’s made in the USA.

It’s not easy to find a real pastry cloth, much less one that is big enough!!! This product is both! Thanks for making it available!!!

Very happy with the pastry cloth and rolling pin cover. However, the rolling pin cover is longer than my yellow rolling pin. It still does the same job, so I don’t really care. My pie dough still tastes good! The cloth is a very good size; it fits well on my granite counter top. Buy one and do some good cooking!

It was impossible to find a pastry cloth locally, so I was quite pleased when I found this one, reasonably priced on Amazon.com. I ordered 4 so I will never have the difficulty again, and they are exactly what I wanted and needed. The stockinette (as all of them do) tends to ravel at the ends, so I deducted a star only for that.

I have had one of these for last 20 years. It very convenient. You can leave the flour on it, fold it up and put it in your freezer till the next time you use it. You just take it out put some flour on it and its cool so your pastry stay firm and not stick to it.
