Have used a pastry cloth like this for at least 20 years and it is by far the best made. It is the secret to great pie crust and I will never be without this product.

Some things are best left alone and this is one of them. It is a simple concept that need no improvements. The pastry cloth is held tight by the frame and the frame fits snug up against your table to roll out the dough.

I am very pleased with this frame and cloth. It performs as well as I hoped it would. Rolling out pie crust dough is easily achieved with the frame. I was also very pleased with the prompt delivery of this prduct.

I've had this pastry frame/cloth for ten years and am jut now replacing it with a new one. I love it. Clean up is a breeze. I never have any problems with sticking; just rub a little flour into the cloth, and you're good to go. My first lasted ten years, through multiple washings and spills and dozens and dozens of pies and cutout cookies, as well as roll dough. This is so much better than a floured countertop or one of those plastic boards.
