I ordered the product and when it did not arrive I tried to contact the supplier. I did not get any responce and Amazon was totaly useless. They finaly shipped the mat some 20 days later. In the mean time I left negative feed back on the item and supplier. They then sent me an e-mail asking me to remove the negative feedback for them refunding me the price of shipping. I was extremly INSULTED and wrote the e-mail below. I have not heard from them until this feedback oprotunity. That meas that they probablt remove my other feed back. I am very disapointed in AMAZON and will not do business with them in the future. THye will not assit you is dealing with problems. It is NOT THIER PROBLEM.
Yes, They did come in on the 31st. Your last e-mail INSULTED me. You received negative feed back based on you lack of performance, follow through, and lack of customer service. The fact that you wanted to PAY ME OFF to remove the negative feed back was just too much. This one incident has proven to me that shopping with your company and especially the lack of support from Amazon.com that buyer beware.

The printing is done on the underside of the mat. It shows through very faintly. It does not show as well as the sample shows. It’s hard to read the words and measurements.

First off this mat is HUGE it actually doesnt fit on my counter, but works great makes clean up easy just pick it up and dump all the excess flour and dough into the trash spray it off in the sink and its done the markings are on the back side and printed in reverse they’re a little tough to read through the mat

Works great for kneading and rolling out dough. Provides a big, non-stick work area. The recipes on the under side are more decorative than practical.

This mat is perfect for my purposes and I am going to reorder soon because I use them a lot and also sometimes for cutting. The surface I place the mat on is light colored and homogenous and I can read the imprint easily although the mat is printed on the bottom (I am glad it is printed on the back so I don’t have to worry about print getting into my food if it ever would come off). I use the lines a lot and have no problem seeing them clearly even after hours of work. I hope Nopro will keep making these great mats! Thanks Nopro!
