		<description>I love this mat for everything. It is of good heft (not flimsy) and makes it extremely easy to knead dough or roll out pizza or pie dough to an exact size. There are even two pizza recipes printed on it. Clean up is a breeze and little if any product is left behind on this mat. It also keeps the counter clean. I only hope the printed information stays for years but since it is probably silicone as well, I don&#039;t have any worries. It is one of those things you might not think you need but once you have it you&#039;ll use it every day.

		<description>I bought this and the silicone rolling pin and my dough stuck to both of them!... (and I used plenty of flour)...  I was very disappointed...  I&#039;m going back to my wooden rolling pin and wooden butcher block to roll my crusts...  and wish I had not bought them online because it&#039;s a hassle (and a charge) to return them...

		<description>I love this work mat. I&#039;m a bread baker, and for years I used a simple table top for working my dough into shape for baking. This required a lot of flour on the table, to keep the dough from sticking. Using the Silicone work mat I need much less flour to prevent sticking, which means also less flour all over the kitchen, and a lot less cleanup! The mat cleans quickly, with a rinse. What a wonderful tool for bakers!
