I've had several other pastry rolling cloths in the past (made from cloth, plastic, and silicone) and none have been as effective as these. Lefse can be rolled out paper thin on these without creating a "stick spot." Clean up is super easy -- can be removed from the wooden board and run through the washer, although usually just needs to be shaken out.
